What Snapsure is, and what it isn’t.
Is Snapsure only an inspection app?
No. The same capture engine supports entry, exit and routine inspections, Healthy Homes self-assessments and property listings, while keeping one organised history for each property.
Does Snapsure replace a qualified Healthy Homes assessor?
No. Snapsure guides a six-standard self-assessment, organises photos and notes, performs useful calculations and prepares a signed record. It does not replace professional certification or advice where that is required.
Can it create an entire property listing?
Snapsure generates portal-aware titles, descriptions and features, scores and selects photos, supports enhancement and virtual staging, and exports a ZIP package with PDF and REAXML files. Every generated output remains editable.
What can I capture on site?
Use multiple photos, natural voice notes or a video walkthrough. Snapsure identifies items, conditions and issues from selected evidence, with manual text entry available when speech recognition is unavailable.
Can a property team use Snapsure together?
Yes. The Agency plan supports shared properties and records, Owner, Admin and Member roles, branded PDF reports, Rex integration and API access.
How is property information protected?
Snapsure uses authenticated access, row-level data security and protected AI-processing functions. Team access is controlled by role, and connected service passwords are not stored.
